Aldo Kuonen launched his company AK Ski in 1996.
The former head of the Rossignol Racing team had a very simple wish when he founded his company:
He wanted to share his commitment to technological perfection and his passion for skiing with other people. He wanted to bring together enthusiastic skiers from all over the world, and his skis were to be the common link. AK is the result of this passion.
CLASS INSTEAD OF MASS
Only a few handpicked dealers are allowed to sell AK’s products. The objective is still quality, not mass. Only about 2,000 skis are produced annually.
With the Black Legend and First Lady, SPORT Hofherr exclusively carries AK’s most successful skis in the Zugspitzarena.
